This trip was truly a bucket-list experience! We landed several massive sturgeon, including an incredible 8-foot giant that we'll never forget. Brock was outstanding from start to finish. He was highly skilled, professional, and easily one of the friendliest fishing guides we've ever had. His knowledge, patience, and passion for fishing made the day even more enjoyable. My wife and I had an amazing time and created memories that will last a lifetime. We highly recommend booking a trip with Brock!

You can’t control a salmon run that never shows up, but Brock did everything possible to put us on fish and make the most of the day. Even though the fishing was slower than expected, his hard work, positive attitude, and local knowledge made the trip enjoyable and memorable. We appreciated the effort he put in from start to finish. The fish may not have cooperated this time, but we'll be back. Next time, the fish will be there! – Scott & Pam

We had an excellent time on the water and landed four impressive sturgeon. Even though it was outside the harvest season, the action kept us entertained throughout the trip. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions. His lifelong fishing experience and deep understanding of the local waters really showed. It was great getting to know him, and he worked hard to make the trip enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back for salmon season. Highly recommended! 10/10.

Brock went above and beyond to help my son and me catch salmon, even with the weather keeping us off the ocean. Most of the fish had already moved out to sea, but since it wasn’t safe to go, he adjusted and took us to the river instead. He even offered to reschedule, though my calendar didn’t allow it. Despite the challenge, we still landed salmon while many others came up empty.

Brock provided great direction and excellent communication. We met on time, and left on time. There were four of us fishing, all of us caught our limit of salmon by 9:05 AM. It was amazing! I didn’t have any time to take videos or photos... We were too busy catching fish!

I booked a charter with Capt. Brock for myself and my two teenage sons, and the whole experience was outstanding. Before the trip, we exchanged several messages to plan the day around our interests, and I appreciated his flexibility. At my request, we started a little later than usual and focused on sturgeon. Brock made everything easy, and we all caught fish. It was an amazing day on the water.

Brock was fantastic to work with and really made the most of our time on the water. He started by asking what species we wanted to target and shared advice on what was biting that season. From there, he laid out a solid plan so we could try for each species without wasting time moving around. We kicked off with steelhead and landed two giants, then spent the rest of our 8-hour trip on sturgeon, catching another 15. Brock was great company, the gear was top-notch and easy to use, and the whole experience was excellent. I’d absolutely recommend his service.

Captain Brock gave us an unforgettable experience! We booked this sturgeon trip as a birthday gift for my husband during our honeymoon in Astoria, and it couldn’t have been better. We caught a ton of fish, and Brock went above and beyond—preparing everything ahead of time, working hard throughout the trip, and even handling all the cleanup. He was fun, friendly, and accommodating. My husband has been on fishing charters all over the world, and he said this was his favorite!
